Weddings In Woodinville 2016 : A Styled Bridal Event
Weddings in Woodinville is a special event designed to give couples, their families, and friends a sneak preview of each fully-decorated venue to better envision their special wedding day. It’s an idea fest of innovative décor, amazing wines and tasty tidbits. Unlike any other show, Weddings In Woodinville creates a fun environment for attendees to meet with the finest wedding professionals from this area while being transported in chauffeur-driven luxury transportation.
We are super excited to have been invited back to be a featured planner for the upcoming Weddings in Woodinville 2019 at JM Cellars. Since it’s right around the corner (crazy how fast this year is flying by!), we’re taking a look back at our design from 2016 when we were the featured planner at Willows Lodge.
Wanting to bring in my specialty of Asian and Pacific Island weddings, I designed the space with a slightly Japanese flare- with the main focal point being Willows Lodge wedding ceremony gazebo decked out in 1,001 origami cranes. Indoors was a feast for the eyes in sharp blacks accented by bright fuchsias, purples, pinks and greenery.
The use of tropical flowers and fauna were abundant to bring in the feel of the tropics as our attendees entered the venue. We also featured a Japanese kimono inspired gown that was to DIE for! Artist Sam Day painted the scene live including our roaming model wearing a gorgeous beaded gown.
