FULL Planning & DESIGN (AKA “Jesus take the wheel planning services”)

Our services are truly unlike any other planning company out there. We know you’re busy. We know you don’t want to take up a lot of time with meetings. This service is the most streamlined wedding planning service out there.

Upon booking, we’ll submit a budget proposal to you based on your venue, design wishes and vendor categories you want as part of your day. Once we have a mutually agreed on proposal, we get to work. We do all the work on the backend talking with available creative partners who we know will fit your overall aesthetic, personality and budget. Once we have ~3-4 creative partners per needed category, we will submit those to you for your review. You then let us know, “Yes! This is my person, let’s get a contract going!,” or “Could we setup an interview?”

Once we’ve locked in every creative partner category, we then get to work on design (our favorite part!). After our initial design inspiration meeting, we then put together a design deck showing you a rendering with your venue and the design details we propose to bring your vision to life. Once you approve the design, we submit your design deck to your creative partner team to ensure they’re all on the same page moving forward.

We then put together THE meeting that truly sets us apart from any other planning team out there! All creative partners and you will be invited to you “Creative Partner Round Table” meeting at your venue. Here, we discuss design needs across all creative genres such as Invitations, Floral, Draping, Lighting, Cake, Lounge Furniture, etc. All creative partners bounce ideas off of each other, we discuss layout, and they are given the opportunity to come up with unique design opportunities to present to you.

With all creative partners in the same room, working as a cohesive team, this not only cuts down on the amount of individual in-person meetings, but it also allows everyone to work together as a cohesive unit with the baker knowing what the florist is doing, and the florist knowing what the lighting design is doing. You come out knowing EXACTLY what each creative partner is doing and with the full design set!

From there, while all your other friends are stressing out with their wedding plans (tell them to call us), you’re DONE! We don’t pickup again until ~3-months prior to the wedding with the tasting, full tablescape mockup, final venue walkthrough and timeline meeting.

This service is fast and furious, and perfect for decisive couples who want an experienced pro telling them who their perfect creative partner team should be (you of course have ultimate power of who to work with). It alleviates SO many in-person meetings, and allows you to relax through the planning process to be able to focus on your work and each other.

PARTIAL PLANNING & DESIGN ASSISTANCE

Whether you know exactly what you want, or your head is spinning with too many design ideas, we’ll use our experience to help you become a Pinterest trendsetter. With our design outline strategy, we listen to what makes you, you. We’ll gather your dream team of creative partners who are able to bring your specific vision to life and to have your guests leave saying, “Wow! That was so THEM!”

We help you work out a budget proposal to give you guidelines for each vendor category so you know approximately what you should be spending for each category. We then setup a inspiration design meeting to discuss your ideas. From there, we put together a design deck showing you a rendering with your venue and the design details we propose to bring your vision to life. Once you approve the design, we submit your design deck to your creative partner team to ensure they’re all on the same page moving forward.

We will then help you find and book your creative partner dream team including (but not limited to) Florist, Cake, Lighting, Draping, Rentals, Specialty Rentals, Paper Goods & Favors- anything highly visual & designed.

From there, we pickup again~3-months prior to the wedding with our venue walkthrough & timeline development meeting.

You will receive vendor recommendations for your remaining vendor needs such as DJ/Emcee, Photographer, Videographer, Officiant, Hair & Makeup artists, etc. however no in-person meetings or contract reviews are a part of this service.

FINAL PLANNING & DAY-OF COORDINATION

Think you have what it takes to plan the majority of your wedding, but want to be sure you have someone to check in with to ensure nothing has fallen through the cracks? Final Planning & Day-of Coordination services are for you! We offer you vendor suggestions, a planning checklist, and leave it up to you to book your dream team. We’re here along the way for questions that pop up and will step in at the 3-month out mark to begin our planning process including venue walkthrough for layout, timeline development meeting, final wrap-up meeting, rehearsal and wedding day.

DESTINATION WEDDING SERVICES

While most of our destination weddings take us to the Hawaiian islands, we love to travel anywhere our couples and passports can take us! Destination wedding refers to anything outside of Washington state. Each service is customized to our couples specific needs.

Elevated Elopements

Offered to couples wanting to get married Monday through Thursday only, this service is if you’re seeking an intimate, yet elegant wedding day. Allowing the focus to truly be on you and those you hold nearest and dearest.

Your max guest count of 10 people will get you access to curated and trusted venue and vendor partnerships. Ranging in rural to urban/city locations, our partnership with preferred vendors allows you to have an all-in-one service for the wedding of your dreams with ease of planning.

We handle the design, vendor selection & communication to make it truly as easy as it gets for you to just show up and be present in your moment of celebration.

Services include up to 6 hours day-of coverage of 1 lead planner, curated vendor list of preferred partners offering special promotions, and new creations signature design proposal.
