Ever dreamed of what a fairytale wedding looks like? This right here is it. Lindsay & Erin’s February 2020 wedding ended up getting rescheduled to September of 2021 and it was well worth the wait. It was my joy to design & plan this stunner of a wedding at the beautifully remodeled Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle.

The entire planning process I only met the Groom, Erin, three times. The first for their tasting, the second for the rehearsal & the last for wedding day. Every other detail of design & planning was done exclusively with the Bride, Lindsay & who I affectionately dub “The Mom’s.” The Mom’s were made up of both Lindsay & Erin’s moms and they were a dream to work with! Never have I ever seen such collaboration between splitting of finances, conversation around design decisions & truly listening to what the bride wanted.

This wedding was Lindsay’s dream vision come to life. The elegance of abundant florals, opulence of venue, thoughtfulness of guest experience & style straight out of Vogue; this wedding was the definition of refined elegance.

Lindsay & The Mom’s hired me for my Full Planning & Design Services and let me truly have the wheel in bringing their incredible vendor team together. Once we hired all vendors, we then worked on their design deck to showcase each element of the wedding day design. Once approved by Lindsay & The Mom’s, we then setup our creative partner round table in which we brought together our lighting, floral, stationary, drapery & venue to discuss all things layout & design.
