Day-Of Wedding Coordination

This package is designed for the bride that wants to handle most of the planning herself, but wants someone to come alongside to guide and help with the last minute planning and day-of details. A New Creations planner will meet with you about two months prior to your wedding day to tie up any loose ends, finalize details with your selected vendors, provide a detailed wedding day timeline, and be the point of contact on your wedding day. The coordinator’s attention to detail and resourcefulness will truly allow you to relax, confident that everything is being handled.

Although we refer to this as the ‘day-of package’ it offers so much more!

  • Access to our exclusive vendor referral list
  • Two-month out meeting: Discuss selected vendors contracts, tie up any loose ends, and begin timeline composition
  • One-week out meeting: Gather all items for wedding and reception, collect vendor payments, finalize timeline
  • Wedding Rehearsal: New Creations coordinator will meet at the selected venue for a one-hour walk through of the processional, ceremony, and recessional
  • Wedding Day: New Creations will be on-site all day to oversee set up, monitor timeline, and the execution of your ceremony and reception

Complete Wedding Design & Coordination

This is New Creations’ premier package for the couple that would like a professional to listen to their desires and create a plan that flawlessly executes their vision for their wedding day. Choice of color scheme, floral arrangements, lighting, linen and textural elements, and custom paper design will transform the venue of your choice to reflect you and your fiancés’ personalities and vision for your day.

This package is for the discriminating couple that expects a fun planning process, customized design, and show-stopping event.

  • Complimentary design consultation: We highly encourage you to bring magazine clippings, photos, and color scheme ideas with you to this meeting
  • Event proposal: This will contain recommendations and vendors specific to your wishes, budget and personality
  • Meetings with your selected vendors: We will be with you to discuss your vision with vendors and review contracts. Once a vendor is chosen, New Creations will act as the liaison between you and your selected vendor. Keeping your design wishes in mind, we will recommend appropriate layout of the venue, personalized escort and table number cards, colors and linens to create your unique vision for your wedding and reception
  • Wedding day timeline: Allows you to be knowledgeable and share the events of the day with friends and family
  • Final meeting: Time to discuss any last-minute wedding details, gather all wedding and reception items, finalize timeline, and collect all vendor payments
